Another challenging year lies behind us, and, as before, the pandemic has us firmly in its grip. Who would have thought at the beginning of 2020 such a thing? Another flu-like Virus, it was thought, that won't be so bad. Unfortunately, it turned out quite differently, and the end is not yet in sight.

However, we have been able to see on the other side what you want to achieve, especially in difficult times – in a good Team is all about, and how motivating a harmonious co-operation can be.
