Different temperatures in the reflow oven or in the wave soldering system - if the oven has cooled down or heated up - can have an effect on the distances between the transport chains within the systems.

The data loggers are inserted between the conveyor chains in the oven and run through the process. They measure the distance between the transport chains and also record the temperatures and vibrations.

With the support of the devices, width differences can be detected and corrected in time, preventing boards i.e. from dropping down.
