In SMT production, individual printed circuit boards must be separated from a panel. This can be done in two different ways: Routing or Lasering.

Our partner Getech offers both with a variety of different systems. For over 30 years Getech has been involved in the development, construction and use of automation. The individually assembled systems are manufactured in-house in Singapore and delivered from there to all parts of the world.

The routing and laser depaneling systems are available as semi-automatic stand-alone variants or fully automatic inline systems. The suitable handling systems can also be requested from us.
