The Reflow Inline Video Camera Uisys HiCam is the only system worldwide that can record videos in the reflow oven. When evaluating the data, the measurement data (temperature and vibration) can be linked to the corresponding video frequencies.

In contrast to AOIs, which are used after the reflow process, errors can therefore be traced back precisely to definable points in time in the oven. Two camera modules are included with the system:

The wide-angle camera module enables viewing of the interior of reflow ovens and viewing of PCBs moving ahead on the conveyor.

The close-up camera module rounds off the range of images by allowing PCBs to be clamped directly onto the module and individual areas or components to be filmed during the reflow process.
