The TM 36GL glass laminating system has been specially developed for laminating soft films to hard glass.

The laminating process takes place in a vacuum chamber, ensuring a bubble-free bond. The lower working devices are interchangeable to meet different production requirements.

For soft-to-rigid lamination, a configuration with an upper heater and lower mesh and roller system is used to ensure even heat and pressure distribution.

The machine can be used flexibly and supports substrate sizes ranging from 7 to 12 inches. 20 programmable profiles can be saved.

The system is interchangeable between soft-to-rigid lamination and rigid-to-rigid lamination by changing the fixtures.
