Inline Depaneling GBR 1200
Inline depaneling system especially for separating large panels of up to 600mm x 400mm.
Routing is carried out from the bottom side, whereby the PCBs are held with a servo gripper. No specific holders are required, tool and product changes are done automatically.
The standard GBR1200 is equipped with a good/bad sorting system and an internal reject station for bad boards. During routing, the dust produced is extracted using the powerful internal vacuum system.
An ionized cleaning station after the separation process ensures complete removal of the milling residues from the individual PCBs.
Manual “point-to-point” teaching, editing and the test run for the product start are carried out with optical support from the high-resolution CCD camera and the user-friendly Windows® software.
