The Horizpntal Tube Feeder (HTF) is the perfect solution for an automatic feeding of components out of tubes.

It feeds components such as connectors, relays, coils, transistors and other components that are packed in tubes. It can be used in standard assembly systems as well as in special machines or robotic applications.

In the tube feeder, the components are first pushed out of the tube into the feed channel using the so-called pusher tape. They are then forwarded to the pick-up position using compressed air.

When the bottom tube is empty, it drops down and the next tube is fed in. This process ensures uninterrupted automatic feeding of the components to the pick and place machine or the special machine.

Since the components only must be pushed the length of a component, the cycle time is very short.

Components from 5mm to 53mm wide and from 5mm to 45mm high can be fed with the tube feeder.

Depending on the application, the feeder can be equipped with additional functionalities, such as a component lift or component rotation at the pick-up point.
