Inline Depaneling GBR 1200-HT

This inline depaneling system with multiple gripper has been specially developed for separating large panels of up to 600mm x 400mm in high quantities.

Milling is carried out from the underside, with the PCBs being held by a servo gripper. No specific holders are required; tool, product and gripper changes are automatic.

The standard GBR1200 is equipped with a good/bad sorting system and an internal reject station for bad boards. During routing, the dust produced is extracted using the powerful internal vacuum system.

A ionized cleaning station after the cutting process ensures the complete removal of milling residues from the individual PCBs. In addition, a dimensional check of the individual PCBs is carried out after cutting.

Manual “point-to-point” teaching, editing and the test run for the product start are carried out with optical support from the high-resolution CCD camera and the user-friendly Windows® software.
