Inline Laser Depaneling System IRLD
This high-quality inline laser depaneling system separates panels with sizes up to 300 mm x 300 mm into individual PCBs at high speed.
Up to four high-speed vacuum nozzles ensure increased productivity. The system can be equipped with either a short-pulsed green laser or a pico second laser.
Barcodes and/or 2D codes on incoming PCBs can be checked before separation, and outgoing PCBs can be sorted before release to downstream processes, as well as forwarded directly to the tape & reel component taping process and sorting of outgoing PCBs before release to downstream processes or directly to tape & reel component taping.
Separation and handling take place in parallel processes.
