Data Logger for THT Wave Soldering Systems
Data logger for monitoring THT wave soldering systems (Wave Profiler).
It measures the balance of the two conveyor chains and records the dwell time of the PCB in the wave soldering process.
The pre-heating temperature zones can be recorded with up to 6 channels, as well as the soldering temperature during the soldering process on the top and bottom of the PCB.
Additionally, the Wave Profiler also records the speed of the conveyor.
During the subsequent evaluation, the measurement data can be linked and analysed using the software supplied.
