Standalone Depaneling GSR 1200
The GSR series depaneling systems from Getech are semi-automatic routing systems that have been specially developed for standalone operation. With their excellent price/performance ratio, they are also the perfect solution for production with smaller quantities.
The systems are equipped with one or two work tables and can achieve cutting speeds of up to 100 mm/sec. While in systems with two work tables, one of the tables is in high-speed milling mode, the separated PCBs are unloaded on the other work station with the robot P&P module and the new panel is fed in. This enables 100% uptime, as there are no additional loading and unloading times.
With the high-resolution CCD camera and the well-designed Windows-based software, the cutting lines can be programmed in just a few minutes.
