This Pre Attachment system is ideal for the production requirements of attaching anisotropic conductive films (ACF) to LCDs, glass panels, flexible circuits, PCBs and a variety of substrates.

Constant heat is used as the heat source to ensure an even temperature in the heating block.

Generally, ACF is attached onto the substrates prior to bonding TAB or Flex circuits.
