Several individual PCBs are produced in one panel for economical automatic PCB assembly. After assembly, these panels must then be separated back into individual units (PCBs). This is done in a depaneling system, either fully automatically in the production line or at a separate station (standalone).

Depaneling systems are available as routers or laser depaneling systems.

Getech panel routers are made of high-quality components and are available with one or two worktables. While in the systems with two worktables, one of the worktables is in high-speed milling mode, the PCBs are unloaded on the other table using the robot P&P module and the new panel is fed in. This enables 100% uptime, as there are no additional loading/unloading times.
